SoluLab is an IT company providing next-generation solutions through services that range from, mobile, web, and blockchain development. Hired as a Growth Hacker, Operations Manager, and Senior Content Writer, I was responsible for all marketing, sales, and business expansion-related tasks. During my course with the company, there was a phase when I handled and supervised a team comprised of individuals from different departments for web development, design, QA testing, web auditing, marketing, and sales. Successfully set up multiple landing pages (a few are showcased below) and revamped the existing website for sales purposes. Oversaw the expansion of a temporary merger with Bacancy in response to the new office construction as well as shifting. Handled HRM in regards to interviewing candidates and laying off employees during the time period as well.
